Jim and Heidi Agner were given certificates of service by acting Petersburg Police Chief Bruce Westre during a well attended retirement party Friday afternoon. The Agner's are on their way to Montana and will spend a great deal of time leather working. Heidi made the chaps, gun belts and vests that are worn by the couple here.
