March 7 - Abraham McIntyre entered a plea of guilty to a charge of illegal storage of Dungeness crab pots. The court issued a sentence of a fine of $1,000, with $500, suspended, plus a $10 surcharge. The crab pots will be returned to McIntyre after he has paid the fine, the court said.
David Lee Braman entered a plea of not-guilty to a second degree felony charge of assault. The next hearing will be on March 27.
March 6 - The court charged Jeremy T. Schouweiler with DUI, reckless endangerment and leaving the scene of an accident. The court appointed a public defender and heard Schouweiler's plea of not guilty. Schouweiler was released on a $500 performance bond.
Christian Gallardo-Gomez entered a guilty plea on charges of assault. The court issued a suspended sentenced of 160 to 180 days, with credit for time served, plus fees of $100.
