March 28

Officers responded to a welfare check on Haugen Drive.

Caller reported the theft of property and harassment.

Russ A. Johnston, 50, was arrested on charges of suspicion of criminal trespass. Johnston is suspected of breaking into a residence on N. Nordic.

An individual reportedly broke a wire on a utility pole, PMP&L responded.

March 29

A caller reported the theft of a child's tricycle from a path.

Caller reported an intoxicated person on Chief John Lott.

Kenneth J. Hammer, 61, was arrested on charges of DUI on 12th Street.

March 30

A 4-wheeler was reported found on the roadway of Jenny Lane.

Caller reported kids partying in two vehicles on Sandy Beach Road.

March 31

Officers issued a verbal warning to a driver on Hungerford Hill Road.

A caller reported damage to a vehicle on Excel Street. The rear window of the vehicle had been broken.

A driver locked out of their vehicle called officers for assistance.

A caller reported a missing black hen on N. 2nd Street.

Officers issued a verbal warning of improper display of a license plate near S. Nordic and Dock streets.

Caller reported a juvenile riding a motorcycle on the street. The officers talked to an adult and a child, who agreed not to ride the motorcycle anymore.

Officers issued a verbal warning to people in Sandy Beach Park after hours.

April 1

Caller reported having problems with a neighbor's cat at Towne Trailer Park.

A chocolate lab found on Mitkof Highway was brought to the department.

April 2

Unknown suspects stole auto parts from a building on 14th Street.

A no-injury accident occurred at 2nd & Haugen.

Officers arrested Timothy M. Volpi, 30, on charges of criminal mischief on S. Nordic. At the same location, an ambulance responded for an intoxicated person who had fallen off of a deck and was injured.

A bike was taken from a schoolyard. The bike is a black and red Trek 3700.

EMS was called out three times during the reporting

period.
