Caller reported an individual was putting on make-up while driving on Rambler Street.

Caller reported an injured eagle in the 800 block of North Nordic.

Officers issued a warning for speeding on Mitkof.

Nicole L. Stockton, 41, was cited for driving 35 mph in a 25 mph zone.

May 18

Caller reported load banging and arguing coming from a neighboring apartment on S. 3rd Street.

Caller reported a vehicle with expired tags parked on Surf Street.

Caller reported a vicious dog in Magill's Trailer Court.

A driver reported having a severe tire blowout that caused vehicle damage at 2nd and Excel Street.

Caller reported sparks from an outlet on Scow Bay Loop.

Austin Bryer, 16, was cited on suspicion of minor in possession of alcohol on 12th Street.

Officers observed disorderly conduct at 2 a.m. on Chief John Lott Street.

Joseph R. Brantuas, 48, was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence assault.

Caller reported a child being bullied on S. 3rd Street.

Caller reported being assaulted at Papke's Landing.

Caller reported receiving harassing and threatening messages on Facebook.

Caller reported a strong propane smell in the area of Towne Trailer Court.

Unknown juveniles were reported climbing over a fence on Dolphin Street.

Caller reported a small child was riding unrestrained in a truck on S. Nordic.

Jodi Severson, 25, was arrested on charges of suspicion of DUI on Harbor Way.

Tore Lenz, 18, was arrested on charges of suspicion of DUI and refusal to submit to a breath test on S. Nordic.

Marc Martinsen, 52, was found allegedly passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle on S. Nordic. He was booked on charges of violating conditions of release.

Unknown suspects stole cash from a residence on N. 4th Street.

May 21

Caller reported a boat trailer parked in a roadway causing a traffic hazard in the 500 block of Haugen Drive.

Driver reported running over an animal at Mitkof and Kings Row.

Caller reported hot air balloons being launched from the Ball Field between 9:45 and 10:30 a.m.

Officers investigated a report of an assault on Excel.

Caller caught a dog trying to kill chickens at 10th and Excel.
