The Borough Formation Hearing continues Thursday and Friday. As part of Wednesday’s proceedings (left to right) Larry Semmens - Third Judicial District, Lynn Chrystal - Chair at Large, and John Harrington - First Judicial District heard testimony from local fishermen regarding commercial fishing in the waters within the proposed Petersburg Borough boundaries.
