June 20

Wolves were heard by the new library site. Officer was notified.

A bicycle that was found by slough was turned in.

A driver was trying to pull out of a driveway but their view was obstructed by a boat.

A red Olympus digital camera was reported lost.

The report of a vehicle parked in front of a fire hydrant was called in. Officer responded, but vehicle was gone.

June 21

Warning was given for operating a vehicle without headlights on.

Officer found two unsecured doors.

Theft from a vehicle was reported along with three other vehicles being rifled through.

A vehicle was reported speeding and crossing the center line on Mitkof Highway.

June 22

A report of two kayaks falling from a vehicle was called in.

Occupants of a vehicle were observed throwing litter out several times on Mitkof Highway. Officer located and spoke with individuals

A report of a vehicle almost hitting individuals was called in. Officer responded.

An unruly individual was reported. Officer responded and spoke with parties.

A suspicious individual was called into police. Officer contacted individual.

June 23

A report of an intoxicated individual on scaffolding was called in. Officer responded.

Individual reported loud music.

A report of a disabled vehicle left in the roadway was called in on Haugen Drive.

A lost cell phone was reported.

An individual found a tripod and turned it in.

A warning was given for speeding.

June 24

Water flowing from a residence was reported.

Report of possible domestic disturbance was called in anonymously.

A report of an unconscious male was called in. Officer and EMS was dispatched. Jacob A. Sturgeon, 19, was cited for a charge of minor in possession by consumption.

A lost wallet was reported on S. Nordic Drive.

June 25

Loud music was reported. Officer responded.

Harbormaster reported open door. Officer responded.

A report of a vehicle going the wrong way on a one way street was called in.

June 26

Assault was reported. Officer spoke with individual.

A vehicle parked in private parking was reported.

A report of an individual driving without a valid license was called in. Officer was notified.

A vehicle parked illegally on the street was reported.

Individual reported a vehicle parked in lot and the individual would like it moved.

A lost black wallet was reported.

During this reporting period there were also 10 animal calls, four EMS calls and seven burn permits were issued.
