Julia Violet Brusell, 30, appeared before Magistrate Desiree Burrell for an arraignment hearing on the charge of disorderly conduct. Brusell entered a plea of guilty and was sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended; a fine of $500 with $500 suspended; a surcharge of $10 to be paid in 10 days; a jail surcharge of $150 with $100 suspended and two years probation.

Justin Dale Falter, 24, appeared before Magistrate Desiree Burrell for an arraignment hearing on the charge of disorderly conduct and a charge of violation of conditions of release. A public defender was appointed for Falter and trial is set for August. Bail was set at $250 for disorderly conduct and $750 for violation of conditions of release.

July 10

Michael D. Neuneker, 46, appeared before Magistrate Desiree Burrell for an arraignment hearing on the charge of unlawful storage of crab pots. Neuneker entered a no contest plea and was sentenced with a fine of $1000 with $500 suspended; a $10 surcharge and one year probation.

Hunt E. Parr, 56, appeared before Magistrate Desiree Burrell for an arraignment hearing on the charge of unlawful gear for registration. Parr entered a plea of guilty and was sentenced with a fine of $1000 with $500 suspended; a $10 surcharge and one year probation.
