July 5

Individuals returning to their home on S. Nordic Drive reported someone in their home and they assaulted them. Justin D. Falter, 24 was arrested on possible disorderly conduct charge.

A report of fireworks being discharged into the trees on S. 3rd Street and Ira Street was called in.

A warning was given for inoperable tail lights on S. Nordic Drive.

Loud music in a residence on Skylark Drive was reported.

A warning for inoperable head lights was given on S. 4th Street.

Youths igniting fireworks on equipment at the library construction site was reported.

A report of possible harassment by an individual in the city was called in.

Julia V. Brusell, 30 and Justin D. Falter, 24 were arrested at Magill’s Trailer Court on charges of possible disorderly conduct.

A lost black handbag was reported.

A report of two vehicles driving recklessly on 3rd Street and Fram was called in.

A three foot blue and white Kent Super Scooter was reported lost during the July 4th activities downtown.

A report of a suspicious adult with juveniles was called in at Eagle's Roost Park.

July 6

An individual was found passed out at Harbor Way by an officer. Taxi service provided transportation.

Youths shouting harassing insults at an individual and son at Haugen and Nordic Drive was reported.

Lost license plate was reported.

Officer assisted with an abandoned vehicle on Haugen St.

July 7

An officer came upon a disturbance at Chief John Lott St. Situation soon calmed.

A report of people fighting in a vehicle was called in. Officer made contact with individuals.

Possible assault at a residence was reported. Officers responded and Sandi Medina, 25 was arrested on possible domestic violence assault charges.

A blue Chase debit card was lost at the 300 block of N. Nordic Drive. Officer was notified.

Abandoned property was reported on a lot on Lumber Street.

Harassment by telephone was reported.

A vehicle was impounded for overtime parking.

An unauthorized vehicle parked in a private lot was reported on N. Nordic Drive.

July 8

Officers checked on a residence on Howkan for individual requesting assistance.

An alarm on a vehicle was activated on Harbor Way, officers were requested to respond.

A report of a possible intoxicated driver on 3rd Street and Haugen was called in.

July 9

A report of people arguing on Cornelius was called in.

A vehicle parked in private parking was reported.

A beacon was found at 4.4 Woodpecker Road. Officers were notified.

A report of a possible intoxicated individual at S. Nordic Drive was called in and officers were requested for assistance.

The theft and illegal cashing of a check was reported.

July 10

Harbor requested assistance with individual.

A black Carhartt wallet was reported lost.

A back pack was found at the Harbor Office, the item will be held until owner reclaims property.

Loud banging noises were reported in the 2nd Street and Kiseno area.

An abandoned vehicle parked in private parking for approximately one week was reported.

Youths setting off fireworks on the airport bike path was reported.

A report of a vandalized and stolen vehicle on Hungerford was called in. Officer responded.

Two lost $20 bills were reported.

An individual reported picking up litter on the Nature Boardwalk Trail and asks that people be reminded to pick up after themselves.

A checkbook left at the library was brought in to the police department.

During this reporting period there were seven animal reports, five EMS calls and six burn permits issued.
