July 17

Thomas P. Lyons, 51, appeared before Judge William Carey for disposition of parole violation. Lyons was sentenced to six months in jail with credit for time served and the cost of counsel of $250.

July 23

Justin Allen Patrick, 26, appeared before Judge William Carey for an omnibus hearing on the charge of attempted escape. Patrick waived his right to speedy trial.

Keith Allen Hanson, 21, appeared before Judge William Carey for an omnibus hearing on two counts of vehicle theft. Hanson waived his right to speedy trial.

Deann Renee Lester, 29, appeared before Judge William Carey for sentencing on charges of two counts of fourth degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. On first count, Lester was sentenced to five years in jail with one year suspended, in second count, five years in jail with two years suspended; surcharge of $100 for each count; jail surcharge of $200 with $100 suspended and 10 years probation. Lester is to serve a total of four and one half years.

Cindy M and Jeffrey B Hupp appeared before Judge William Carey for a long term domestic violence hearing. Petition was dismissed.

July 24

Garrett S. Lewis appeared before Judge William Carey for a condition of release hearing.

Jodi V. Severson, 26, appeared before Judge William Carey on charge of driving under the influence. Severson entered a plea of guilty and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 20 days suspended; a fine of $3,000; revocation of drivers license for one year; $50 surcharge and three years probation; $1,467 for cost of impound is waived.

Steven D. Homer, 53, appeared before Judge William Carey on charge of fourth degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. Homer pled guilty and sentencing will take place in September.

Tore K. Lenz, 18, appeared before Judge William Carey on charges of habitual minor in possession; no proof of insurance; violating conditions of release; driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a breath test. All charges were dismissed with the exception of a guilty plea to violating conditions of release. Lenz was sentenced to 45 days of inpatient treatment; two years probation; a fine of $1,500 due in one year; cost of imprisonment fine of $330 and revocation of drivers license for 90 days.

Jeremy T. Schouweiler, 39, appeared before Judge William Carey on charges of reckless endangerment and leaving the scene of an accident.

Frances Daniell Yatchmenoff, 40, appeared before Judge William Carey for a condition of probation hearing on charge of driving under the influence and assault. Trial is set on August calendar.

Joseph R. Brantuas, 48, appeared before Judge William Carey on two counts of reckless driving and two counts of driving while license is cancelled suspended or revoked. Brantus entered a plea of guilty and was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 25 days suspended; two years probation; $50 surcharge; $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; revocation of drivers license for 30 days and both counts of driving while license is cancelled, suspended or revoked were dismissed.

Ricardo Vasquez, 57, appeared before Judge William Carey on charges of driving under the influence and driving while license is cancelled, suspended or revoked. Vasquez entered a plea of guilty for the DUI and the DWLCSR was dismissed and was sentenced to 120 days in jail with 110 suspended and two years probation.

Brandon Shaun Estes, 19, appeared before Judge William Carey on charges of third degree theft and second degree criminal trespass.

Rustique T. Wilde, 21, appeared before Judge William Carey on charge of driving in violation of license limitations.
