July 25

An individual requested that officers write citations instead of warnings for bike riders on the sidewalks and wrong side of street in downtown area and more patrols to enforce sidewalk ordinances.

A possible intoxicated individual was reported stumbling down Lumber Street.

An individual reported a possible intoxicated driver.

Officers were notified of four-wheelers keeping residents awake on Fredrick Point Road.

A warning was issued for inoperable headlights on N. Nordic Drive.

July 26

Borough Up signs were being taken from yards in the city limits.

Officers received a report of a possible intoxicated driver.

Two alleged incidents of harassment were reported.

July 27

Brock Martin, 28, was arrested on charges of first degree Criminal Trespass on Fram Street.

A domestic disturbance was reported.

An individual reported being chased by people on Nordic Drive.

Multiple, ongoing parking violations on Charles W were reported.

Justin Falter, 24 was arrested on charges of violation of Reckless Endangerment and for petition to revoke probation.

July 28

Jacob Boulden, 28, was arrested on charges of second degree criminal trespass on Sing Lee Alley.

Harbormaster was notified of people trespassing on boats in harbor.

Officer responded to a report of a man slumped over in vehicle.

July 29

An alleged intoxicated driver was reported.

Palmer Thomassen, Jr., 44, was arrested on charges of Domestic Violence and fourth degree Assault.

July 30

Officers responded to a report of a vehicle being gone through. Nothing was taken.

Brandon S. Estes, 19 checked in to serve time for Criminal Trespass.

In this reporting cycle there were four animal calls, three EMS calls and two burn permits were issued.
