Ronald Allan Limbrick, 43, appeared before Magistrate Desiree Burrell for an arraignment on the charges of fourth degree assault; fourth degree assault of a peace officer and second degree harassment. Limbrick entered a plea of guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct and the third count of harassment was dismissed. Limbrick was sentenced to 10 days in jail with six days suspended for both counts to be served consecutively; a surcharge of $50 for both counts; a jail surcharge of $150 with $100 suspended; $200 cost of counsel and one year of probation.
