Ronald A. Limbrick, 43, appeared before Magistrate Desiree Burrell for an arraignment on the charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Limbrick entered a plea of not guilty. The case has been assigned to Judge William Carey and trial is set for the week of Nov. 26.
Zachary Dale Armstrong, 30, appeared before Magistrate Desiree Burrell for a representation hearing and further proceeding for driving with license cancelled, suspended or revoked. Armstrong plead no contest and was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended, $500 fine with $350 suspended, $50 surcharge; $100 jail surcharge that was suspended; drivers license revoked for 90 days; 80 hours of community work service and one year of probation.
