The Petersburg Planning and Zoning Commission approved a conditional use permit for Ocean Beauty Seafoods to place container bunkhouses at the site of the old bunkhouse at 15 Harbor Way Tuesday evening during their regular meeting.

“The purpose of this move is for the bunkhouses to be more convenient for our workers,” Ocean Beauty Plant Manager Cheryl Romeo said. “They will be closer to work and closer to town, which will be good for the City as well.”
