Eli Everett Tomal, 31, appeared before Magistrate Desiree Burrell for an arraignment on the charge of fourth degree assault – domestic violence. Tomal entered a plea of not guilty and was released with conditions and a $250 appearance bond. A representation hearing has been set for Nov. 1.
October 23
Paul M. Dupree, 21, appeared before Magistrate Desiree Burrell for a non-jury trial on a strict liability offense of taking a sub-legal moose. Dupree was found not guilty.
