Troy Stephen Crandall, 54, appeared before Magistrate Desiree Burrell for a change of plea hearing and sentencing on the charge of driving with a license that has been cancelled, suspended or revoked. The charge was reduced to no valid operator’s license and Crandall entered a plea of guilty for this reduced charge. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended; a fine of $500 with $500 suspended; a police training surcharge of $50 to be paid in 10 days; a jail surcharge of $100 with $100 suspended and two years probation.
