Brandon S. Estes, 19, appeared before Magistrate Desiree Burrell for an arraignment on the charges of sixth degree minor in consumption; violation of conditions of release and habitual minor consuming alcohol. Estes entered a plea of not guilty and bail was set at $250 performance bond.
