At 2000 hours, Alaska Wildlife Troopers Petersburg Post observed an unoccupied vehicle roll over near mile 10 of Mitkof Highway. Investigation revealed Bodine Rogers, age 42 of Klawock, lost control, crossed the centerline, struck an embankment, and rolled his vehicle. Rogers and his passenger suffered only minor scrapes and bruises. The vehicle sustained extensive damage. Rogers failed to report the collision by the quickest means necessary to law enforcement. Rogers was issued a summons for fail to report, arraignment is set for February 26 in the Petersburg District Court.
