Sean Michael Aliberti, 23, appeared before Magistrate Desiree Burrell for an arraignment on the charge of failure to report an accident. Aliberti entered a plea of no contest and was sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended; a fine of $500 with $250 suspended; a $50 police training surcharge; a $100 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and one year probation.
