Thomas P. Lyons, 52, appeared before Judge William Carey for a felony petition to revoke probation. Lyons entered a denial and was released with $2,500 bond. An adjudication hearing has been set for May 28, 2013.

Jeb S. Phillips, 25, appeared before Magistrate Desiree Burrell for an arraignment on a strict liability violation. Phillips entered a plea of no contest and was sentenced with a fine of $3,000 with $2,250 suspended and $750 due within 30 days and probation for one year.
