An individual was reported rifling through a car

An individual driving a red truck was reported going too fast in a flagger area on N. Nordic Drive and Gjoa Street.

A badly parked vehicle was blocking view on a turn on Excel Street and Nordic Drive.

An individual was stuck on the roof. The individual was gone upon officer arrival.

Two vehicles were reported speeding past a residence multiple times.

A warning was issued for tail lights and expired Alaska Drivers License on Mitkof Highway.

June 27

Sandi Medina, 25, was arrested on the charge of fourth degree assault - domestic violence on Neptune Street.

A skateboard with wood grain, blow wheels and a squid decal was reported stolen from the library.

A pink and white groove scooter was taken from Parks and Recreation.

June 28

A Nazi symbol was reported painted on the roadway.

Two juveniles were released to their parents after a curfew violation at City Reservoir.

Petersburg Power and Light were notified of a blown transformer on Sandy Beach Road.

Officers responded to a possible domestic dispute at Eighth Street and Haugen Drive.

June 29

Officers responded to a possible altercation on Chief John Lott.

Individuals were reported being loud on the street on S. Third Street.

Officers responded to an individual passed out at Skylark and S. Nordic Drive.

Multiple calls were received regarding yelling at Sandy Beach Park.

A vehicle passed on a double yellow line at Skylark and N. Nordic Drive.

Suspicious activity was reported on Mitkof Highway.

A caller reported a person making death threats on S. Nordic Drive.

An individual was fired and evicted from property.

A car was reported in the ditch at Three Lakes Loop.

A tarp was taken from a yard on Lumber Street.

An individual walked into an apartment uninvited and was asked to leave several times on S. Third Street.

June 30

Officers were notified of a vehicle parked illegally on Mitkof Highway.

A hole in a board on the bridge was reported on Sing Lee Alley.

An individual was burning without a permit behind the airport.

Reports were received regarding a possible fight in the street on Sing Lee Alley.

Officers responded to a male and female having an argument in the street on S. Nordic Drive.

July 1

An individual refused to leave an area and was transported by officers.

A caller reported slashed tires on N. First Street.

Officers were notified of a possible intoxicated driver on S. Second Street.

A possibly intoxicated driver was reported swerving all over the road at Nordic and Haugen Drives.

Gunfire was reported from the creek area on Frederick Point Road.

A caller reported noisy kids playing in the street after curfew on Lumber Street.

Officers responded to a report of an individual trying to rob children on S. Third Street.

During this reporting period there were four EMS calls, eight animal calls and seven burn permits were issued.
