Police reports

July 10 — A caller from Marion St. reported people feeding pigeons and making a, “big mess.”

A subject sought payment for a boat. He was advised it is a civil matter.

A power outage was reported on N. Nordic. At 7:44 p.m.

July 11 — A caller reported a person passed out on the float.

A magnetic sign was reported taken from a vehicle.

A caller reported an unlicensed person driving at 8th and Haugen.

A caller reported a bear on Lumber St. for the third time since 4th of July.

July 12 — Police contacted an individual regarding failure to follow flagger’s instructions. Julie A. Glasply, 49 was to be charged with DWLCSR.

A flagger reported a person driving through a closed construction area.

A wheelbarrow was reported stolen from the Mountain View Manor.

A person attempted to enter a residence on Nordic Drive.

July 13 — A warning was given for failure to come to a complete stop at 7th and Haugen Drive.

July 14 — A caller reported a vehicle had hit a building on Sing Lee Alley. Sean M. Aliberti, 23, was arrested on charges of DUI and Failure to provide notification following an accident.

A door was found open at a N. Nordic property and police were requested to do a walk through.

Following a traffic stop, police arrested Jeremy Schouweiler, 40 on charges of DWLCSR.

A bear was reported in the trash bin at a Kings Row property.

July 15 — A vehicle was reported leaking fuel at the hospital. PVFD responded.

Cars were blocking a view of traffic at Third and Haugen.

A group of rowdy individuals on N. Nordic were dragging a stop sign.

July 16 — An abandoned vehicle was impounded at Twin Creek turnout.

A caller reported an intoxicated driver. Troy C. Larson, 30 was charged with DUI at 11 a.m.

Todd D. Lappetito, 55 was booked per court order.

At 3:35 p.m. PPD booked Troy C. Larson, 30, on charges of DUI.

A caller spoke to officers about harassment.

A caller spoke to officers about Contraband.

Marc K. Martinsen, 53 was arrested on charges of Driving Revoked.

A caller requested a bar patrol for suspicious individual.

During this report period EMS was summoned 4 times, 5 burn permits were issued and 5 dog complaints were filed.
