Harlan Freeman appeared before Magistrate Burrell on a charge of Unlawful Retention of Undersized King Salmon. The defendant entered a guilty plea. The court sentenced Freeman to pay a $500 fine, $150 restitution, $10 in surcharges and to forfeit the fish.
