Michael Schwartz appeared before Magistrate Judge Burrell on a charge of Taking a Sublegal Moose. The defendant entered a guilty plea. The court ordered the defendant to pay a $300 fine, a $10 surcharge and forfeit the carcass to the state.

Jeff Holten appeared before Magistrate Judge Burrell on a Domestic Violence Assault charge in the 4th degree. The court entered a not-guilty plea on the defendant’s behalf. The court assigned the case to Superior Court Judge Carey for trial and set conditions of release.

Adam Erickson appeared before Magistrate Judge Burrell on a charge of Minor Consuming Alcohol. The defendant entered a plea of no contest. The court sentenced the defendant to pay a $600 fine with $200 suspended, a $10 surcharge, eight months probation and other conditions.

Robert Rambeck appeared before Magistrate Judge Burrell for a sentencing hearing for driving in violation of license limitation. The defendant continued with a guilty plea. The court sentenced the defendant to 45 days in jail with 35 days suspended, a $500 fine with $500 suspended, $50 in surcharges, two years probation and other conditions.
