Michael Schwartz appeared before Magistrate Judge Burrell on a charge of Taking a Sublegal Moose. The defendant entered a guilty plea. The court ordered the defendant to pay a $300 fine, a $10 surcharge and forfeit the carcass to the state.

Jeff Holten appeared before Magistrate Judge Burrell on a Domestic Violence Assault charge in the 4th degree. The court entered a not-guilty plea on the defendant’s behalf. The court assigned the case to Superior Court Judge Carey for trial and set conditions of release.
