Ian M Fitts, 16, was issued a citation for No Proof of Insurance.

October 10

A caller reported two abandoned vehicles.

Police were notified of a possible attempted burglary on North Nordic Drive. Police determined the suspicion was unfounded.

Anthony Curtiss, 18, issued a citation for speeding.

Police received a complaint about oversize vehicles on roadway with no warnings.

October 11

A caller reported a possible scam.

An officer impounded an abandoned vehicle.

A caller reported a stolen bike.

A caller reported a minor parking lot accident. Parties exchanged information.

October 12

A caller reported an individual on a boat in the South Harbor. Police arrested Todd Lappetito, 55, on a charge of Criminal Trespass.

A caller brought in paraphernalia pamphlets strewn along Sandy Beach Road.

A caller reported an individual disrupting hunting activity.

Johnathan G Stanhope, 28, was issued a citation for No Proof of Insurance.

October 13

An officer reported a bear had been into trash containers on Valkyrie Street.

Shirlene K Olson, 50, issued citation for Speeding Violation.

October 14

A caller requested an officer for a family dispute. Officers arrested William Smith, 42, on a charge of Domestic Violence Assault in the 4th degree.

William L Smith, 42, served a protective order.

A caller reported a disabled vehicle on the highway.

A caller reported noise and people outside drinking on North Nordic Drive.

October 15

A caller turned in paraphernalia pamphlets strewn on Haugen Drive.

During this reporting period there were seven burn permits, seven animal calls and one EMS dispatch.
