Mandy Wood and Mark Neidiffer appeared before Magistrate Judge Desiree Burrell on a charge of harvesting a sub-legal moose. Wood entered a guilty plea. The court sentenced the defendant to pay a $300 fine with $10 suspended. Neidiffer also entered a guilty plea and received the same sentence.

Daniel Castillo appeared before Magistrate Judge Burrell on a charge of theft in the 3rd degree. The court entered a not-guilty plea on the defendant’s behalf. The case is assigned to Superior Court Judge Carey for trial. Castillo was released with conditions.
