October 31

Courtney Haerling appeared before Magistrate Judge Burrell on charges of Violating Conditions of Release, Theft in the 4th degree and Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree. The court entered a not guilty plea on the defendant’s behalf. The court set bail at $1750 and a third party sight and sound custodian as conditions of release.

Beth Moreland appeared before Magistrate Judge Burrell on a charge of Driving Under the Influence. A not-guilty plea was entered. The defendant was released with conditions.

November 4

Tony Hansen appeared before Presiding Superior Court Judge Stephens on a charge of Disorderly Conduct. The defendant entered a guilty plea. The court sentenced Hansen to ten days in jail with ten days suspended and one-year probation among other conditions.

Anthony Sainz appeared before Superior Court Judge Cary on charge of Habitual Minor Consuming Alcohol. The defendant entered a guilty plea. A sentencing hearing was set.

William Milton appeared before Superior Court Judge Carey on a charge of Habitual Minor Consuming Alcohol. The defendant entered a guilty plea. A sentencing hearing was set.

David Estes appeared before Superior Court Judge Carey on charges of Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance in the 6th degree and Violating Conditions of Release. The Defendant entered a guilty plea. The court sentenced Estes to 45 days in jail with 45 days suspended, one-year probation, $150 in surcharges with $100 suspended among other conditions.

Sandi Medina appeared before Superior Court Judge Carey on a charge of Domestic Violence Assault in the 4th degree. The defendant entered a guilty plea. The court sentenced the defendant to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended, $150 in surcharges with $100 suspended, one-year probation among other fees and conditions.

November 5

Eric Yancey appeared before Magistrate Judge Burrell and plead guilty to transporting big game without a license. The court ordered the defendant to pay a $2500 fine and suspended imposition sentence among other conditions.

Garitt Johnston appeared before Magistrate Judge Burrell on a charge of Misconduct Involving Weapons in the 4th degree. The defendant entered a guilty plea. The court sentenced Johnston to pay a $500 fine, 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended among other fees and conditions.

Troy Larson appeared before Magistrate Judge Burrell on charges of Driving Under the Influence and Reckless Driving. The defendant entered a guilty plea and a sentencing hearing has been set.

Phillip Wallen appeared before Magistrate Judge Burrell on a charge of Driving While License Suspended, Canceled or Revoked. The defendant entered a guilty plea. The court sentenced Wallen to 120 days in jail with 105 suspended, a $500 fine among other conditions.
