December 5

Darian Bliss appeared before Magistrate Judge Burrell on a littering charge. The defendant entered a plea of no contest. The court sentenced Bliss to pay a $1000 fine with $850 suspended, a $10 surcharge and 10 hours of community work service among other conditions.

December 9

Jerry Wollen appeared before Superior Court Judge Carey on a charge of Littering along a Vehicular Highway. The court found the defendant not guilty.

Andrew Greinier appeared before Superior Court Judge Carey on charges of Criminal Trespass in the 1st degree and Burglary in the 1st degree. The court entered a not guilty plea on the defendant’s behalf. The court ordered a cash only bail at $10,000 among other conditions of release.

Troy Larson appeared before Superior Court Judge Carey for a sentencing hearing. Larsen previously plead guilty to DUI and Reckless Driving charges. For the DUI conviction, the court sentenced Larsen to 120 days in jail with 100 days suspended, a $3000 fine, one-year license revocation and two years probation among other conditions and surcharges. For the Reckless Driving conviction, the court sentenced Larson to 20 days in jail with 17 days suspended, 30 day license revocation among other surcharges and conditions.

Superior Court Judge Carey granted dissolution of marriage between Timothy and Elizabeth Erickson and changed Elizabeth’s last name to her maiden name Ann May.
