January 6

Sara Peak appeared before Magistrate Judge Burrell to request her name be changed to Sara Pawlisa-Duke. The court recommended to superior court to grant the request.

January 9

David Estes appeared before Magistrate Judge Burrell after being taken into custody on a warrant that was issued after he failed to appear in court after being served a summons on two counts of Misconduct Involving Weapons in the 3rd degree. The court set bail at a $500 cash only performance bond among other conditions of release.

Samuel Jensen appeared before Magistrate Judge Burrell on charges of Assault in the 4th degree by means of a dangerous Instrument and Reckless Driving. The court entered a not-guilty plea on the defendant’s behalf and set conditions of release.
