January 29

David Estes appeared before Magistrate Judge Burrell on a charge of Misconduct Involving Weapons in the 3rd degree. The defendant entered a guilty plea. The court sentenced the defendant to 120 days in jail with 90 days suspended, 18 months of probation along with other conditions.

Clifford Squartsoff appeared before Superior Court Judge Carey on a charge of Violating Conditions of Release. The court entered a not guilty plea on the defendant’s behalf. The court set bail at $250 among other conditions.

Julie Glaspey appeared before Superior Court Judge Carey on a charge of No Valid Operators License. The defendant entered a guilty plea. The court sentenced the defendant to ten days in jail with ten days suspended, $100 fine, $50 in surcharges and one year probation among other conditions.

January 28

Darren Lachapelle appeared before Magistrate Judge Burrell on a citation of Failure to Mark Traps. The defendant entered a plea of no contest. The court sentenced the defendant to pay a $150 fine and $10 in surcharges.

January 27

Tara Alcock and Erik Holl appeared before Superior Court Judge Carey to request a dissolution of marriage. The court entered a decree of dissolution.

Sandi Medina and Martin Odegaard appeared before Superior Court Judge Carey for default divorce. The court awarded Odegaard sole legal custody of children and all of the assets and debt of the marriage.
