David Estes appeared before Magistrate Judge Burrell on a charge of Misconduct Involving Weapons in the 3rd degree. The defendant entered a guilty plea. The court sentenced the defendant to 120 days in jail with 90 days suspended, 18 months of probation along with other conditions.
