Andrew Greinier appeared before Superior Court Judge Stephens for a change of plea and sentencing hearing. Greinier entered a guilty plea to Criminal Trespass in the 2nd degree and Criminal Trespass in the 1st degree. He also plead guilty to Violating Conditions of Release. For the Criminal Trespass counts, the court sentenced the defendant to serve 90 days in jail with 70 days suspended and 360 days with 340 suspended and surcharges. For VCOR he was sentenced to 10 days in jail.

Jessica Ray appeared before Magistrate Judge Burrell on three counts of Fraudulent Use of an Access Device and one count of Theft in the 3rd degree. The court didn’t take a plea. The court ordered the defendant to sign a $2500 unsecured appearance bond and set other conditions of release.

Charles Blotter appeared before Magistrate Judge Burrell for a charge of Driving Under the Influence. The defendant entered a not guilty plea. The court set conditions of release.

May 5

William White appeared before Magistrate Judge Burrell on a charge of Driving while License is Canceled, Suspended or Revoked. The defendant entered a plea of not guilty. The court issued a $250 performance bond and a $250 appearance bond among other conditions of release.
