Andrew Greinier appeared before Superior Court Judge Stephens for a change of plea and sentencing hearing. Greinier entered a guilty plea to Criminal Trespass in the 2nd degree and Criminal Trespass in the 1st degree. He also plead guilty to Violating Conditions of Release. For the Criminal Trespass counts, the court sentenced the defendant to serve 90 days in jail with 70 days suspended and 360 days with 340 suspended and surcharges. For VCOR he was sentenced to 10 days in jail.
