Sean Spigelmyre, 10, shakes Scoutmaster Jeff Erickson's hand after receiving the Arrow of Light Award, the highest award in Cub Scouting, at a special ceremony held for him on Saturday. Spigelmyre also crossed over from Cub Scouts to Boy Scouts during the ceremony.
