Jase Payne appeared before Superior Court Judge William Carey for a Change of Plea hearing. The defendant pled guilty to an amended charge of Attempted Burglary in the 1st Degree and sentencing was scheduled for July.

Superior Court Judge William Carey presided over a Change of Plea hearing for Kurt Roehlfs. The defendant entered a guilty plea to a reduced charge of Disorderly Conduct Other Than Self Defense and was sentenced to serve 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended. Roehlfs will be on probation for one year and must pay $350 in fees and surcharges.
