Mattingly Electric hosted a rib cook off at the Kito's Kave beer garden. (Pictured left - right) Kirk Shannahan won the Most Unique Ribs award. Joe Fisher won for "Tender Rack." Joe Ieremia's ribs were named the Blue Ribbon winner.
