Clifford Young appeared before Magistrate Judge Desiree Burrell for an arraignment. Young pled not guilty to a charge of Assault in the 4th Degree Domestic Violence. A public defender agency was appointed and the following conditions of release were set: do not violate any laws or depart Petersburg without permission, do not consume alcohol or be on the premises of anywhere it is the primary item for sale, do not have contact with alleged victims and do not return to residence.
