Wesley Malcom appeared before Superior Court Judge Carey for a change of plea hearing. Malcom pleaded not guilty to an amended count of harassment in the second degree. A count of harassment non domestic violence was dismissed. Malcom was sentenced to 60 days in jail with all 60 suspended. He must also contact/be evaluated by a mental health agency. Malcom also had to pay $100 in surcharges, and must serve 18 months of probation.

Magistrate Judge Burrell granted an arrest warrant for Nathaniel Legare for assault in the fourth degree and harassment in the second degree.
