Jacob Sturgeon appeared before Superior Court Judge

Williams for petition to revoke probation. Sturgeon failed

to report as directed by his probation officer on July 11,

and violated the substance abuse condition of his release.

Sturgeon was credited for three days served, and released on probation.

Charles Sterling appeared before Magistrate Judge Burrell charged with violation of conditions of release. Sterling entered a not guilty plea, and a status hearing is set for Sept. 20.
