Darian Bliss appeared telephonically before Magistrate Judge Burrell for a change of plea hearing. Bliss entered a guilty plea to resisting arrest. Bliss was sentenced to time served and fined $50, in addition to a $50 surcharge. Bliss was put on one year of probation and must not violate any laws, must complete a behavioral health assessment and follow recommendations.

Jacob Sturgeon appeared before Magistrate Judge Burrell for arraignment. The court entered a not guilty plea on the defendant’s behalf for resisting arrest.
