Randy K. Long, 53, was officially arrested by the FBI Tuesday night, according to Police Chief Kelly Swihart. He is being held, in federal custody, without bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in federal court Thursday at 10:30 a.m.

To assist with federal prosecution, the State has dismissed, without prejudice, the pending local charges against Long.
