Ricarda Owens was named the Women of Mooseheart Deputy Grand Regent of Alaska on July 3, during a conference in Tampa Bay, Florida. Deputy Grand Regents presides over all of the Women of the Moose in Alaska, including organizing spring and fall conferences for the year. She has been a member of the Women of the Moose for over 20 years, and was selected by recommendations of past deputies.
