Laura Buehler removes pink flamingos from a house near Outlook Park. The Petersburg Humane Association is holding its annual Flamingo Flock Fundraiser throughout the month of April. A donation allows Petersburg residents to flock a yard of their choice, those who get flocked are urged to give a donation to have the flamingos removed and residents can purchase insurance protecting themselves against a flock. All proceeds go toward PHA's operational costs.
