Petersburg resident and boot drive organizer Chelsea Tremblay stands with a sign created as part of a campaign by Inside Passage Waterkeepers urging the governor to "Get extra tuff on BC mines" by enforcing the Boundary Waters Treaty of 1909 and forming an International Joint Commission to review mines originating in Canada at the headwaters of several Southeast Alaskan rivers.
