Marlow III, 25, appeared before Judge William Carey to change his plea in Count one of a second degree burglary felony; Count two of a third degree assault felony and Count three of a fourth degree criminal mischief. Marlow entered a guilty plea for Counts one and two and sentencing is set for Monday, Aug. 27, 2012.
