Tate requests athletic opportunities for middle school

 


Dan Tate, father and employee of Petersburg City Schools spoke with the Petersburg City Schools Board to add athletic programs to the middle school.

“I had the opportunity to chaperone 19 middle school students from the running club to Ketchikan,” Tate said. “They are a remarkable group of young people.”

According to Tate, most kids do better in school as well as in life in general, if they have some type of physical activity.
