Derek M. Knudsen, 23, appeared before Magistrate Desi Burrell for a further proceeding hearing on the charges of assault by domestic violence and misconduct involving a weapon. Knudsen has not entered a plea at this time.

Derek M. Gibb, 31, appeared before Magistrate Burrell for an arraignment on the charge of hunting season bag limit for brown bear. Gibb entered a plea of not guilty and the trial is set for Dec. 4.
