Aaron Greinier, 30, appeared before Magistrate Desiree Burrell for a non-jury trial on the charge of driving a vehicle on approach of an emergency vehicle. Greinier was found guilty at trial and was given suspended imposition of sentence for six months; a fine of $250; a surcharge of $10; six points was taken from his driver’s license with the ability to gain two of those points back by attending defensive drivers education.
