Cristian R. Gallardo, 34, appeared before Magistrate Desiree Burrell for an arraignment on the charges of disorderly conduct and fourth degree assault. Gallardo entered a plea of not guilty and a representation hearing has been set for Jan. 11, 2013. Gallardo was released with conditions.
