President Bob Lynn of CCUB, formerly 'Concerned Citizens of the Unorganized Borough', announces the name of the organization was changed by unanimous vote to 'Concerned Citizens for a Unified Borough'. The change was decided at the June 8, 2013 meeting and will take effect immediately.
The name change reflects the desire of the organization to be a part of, and accepted by, the borough as a whole.
