Alaska Wildlife Troopers contacted Harlan F. Freeman, age 75, of Petersburg while commercial trolling in Frederick Sound. Investigation revealed Freeman was in possession of a King Salmon under 28 inches in length. The fish was seized and donated to a charity. Freeman was issued a summons to appear in Petersburg District Court.
